Shipping Policy

Shipping Dates/Times

Because of the perishable nature of our freshly baked, preservative-free Homeys, all of our orders are shipped to arrive within 2-3 days of baking. Orders placed Monday-Wednesday before 12 PM EST, will be shipped out the same day. If an order is placed after 12pm, it will be baked and shipped on the next available shipping day. Orders placed Thursday-Sunday will be baked and shipped on the following Monday. We do not require signature upon receipt of any shipping order. However, due to the perishable nature of our product, it is best for someone to be present to receive the delivery.

Free In-Store Pick-up - Monday - Thursday at our bakery in South Daytona. Please call  (256)3-Homeys or 256-346-6397, between the hours of 8am-5pm EST to make this arrangement. Your shipping fee will be refunded when you arrive to pick up your order. 

$9.99 shipping for orders weighing  between 1lb 8oz - 3lbs

$19.99 shipping for orders weighing between 3lbs - 6lbs

Multiple Shipping Addresses

At this time, a separate order must be placed for each unique shipping address.

Shipping to PO, APO, and FPO Boxes

Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of My Homeys, we are unable to deliver to APO and FPO boxes at this time.

Address Information

My Homeys Gourmet Hamantaschen is not responsible for packages with incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please make sure you check your order for accuracy before submitting it. Don't forget the appropriate apartment numbers and North/South/East/West designations if applicable. Commercial addresses will require a company name and/or suite number. 

 If the package is returned to us because you provided an incorrect address or the package is refused by the recipient, we will not refund your money. If you want, we will send out a new package of Homeys, fresh from the oven, to the corrected address for 1/2 price. However, you must pay the full price of shipping costs. If My Homeys somehow puts an incorrect address on the package, different than what you have entered on your order, we will either refund your entire cost or ship a new package with freshly baked Homeys at no charge to you.

We understand that sometimes innocent mistakes happen. If you've placed an order and realize there is an error, please contact us immediately by email at MyHomeys.com@gmail.com AND by phone at (256)3-Homeys [256-346-6397]. All orders are time and date stamped when placed, so if you contact us within 6 hours of placing the order with a correction, we can usually make the correction without a fee.
